The rally

Fennecs International Rally

An international motoring event organized by the Laghouat Motorsport League, radiating across Algeria and celebrating regularity rallying.

Far more than a sporting competition, this event is designed as a showcase of organizational know-how, tourism heritage, and the country’s attractiveness.

The rally is built around four fundamental values: sporting performance, respect for traffic regulations, tourism promotion, and enhancing Algeria’s image.

Across a route of more than 1,300 km highlighting landscape diversity, cultural richness, and national heritage, it aims to unite motorsport enthusiasts, international participants, institutional partners, and economic players around a unifying project.

Rally format

What is a regularity rally?

A regularity rally is not a speed race. Crews follow a route and aim to respect average speeds, passage times, and precise navigation. The winning crew is the most regular, not the fastest.

Four values

  • Sporting performance

Precision, navigation and regularity: the best-tuned crew wins.

  • Respect for the Highway Code

A responsible rally, in strict compliance with road regulations.

  • Tourism promotion

Every evening, visits and encounters in the stage towns.

  • Image of Algeria

Promoting the country’s institutional image among foreign delegations.

The route

From the capital to the gates of the desert

A real route, calculated on Algeria’s road network, linking seven towns across three great regions: the High Plateaus, the Sahara and the mountains of the East and Kabylia.
